Lipsey hasn't been as mediocre as the box scores suggest, he's shown a decent approach and his bat-to-ball skills are solid, but he's ran high punchout rates. He's an above-average runner and above-average defender in right; which is where he likely ends up. His power is well below-average and the worst part of his game. His barrel accuracy is really rough and while he can get a bat on the ball he doesn't get the most productive comfort. If he can flash the tools he showed his freshman year then he's a mid-round type with big league upside. Until then he's a role player, up/down type.
