Swansen hit the ball as hard as 113 mph last year and looked like a much improved version of himself relative to his freshman year. He flashed plus power, but not strictly to his pull side. His hit tool is below-average as he can swing through pitches. He's good against breaking balls and doesn't have a glaring issue offensively. He'll play left long-term but has the offensive production to be a .240/.320/.420 type, if the swing decisions can improve the game becomes much more attractive and he turns into an everyday regular type.
