Jimenez has played a great shortstop for UCF this season and profiles to stick at the position long term, projecting as above-average. The bat is solid; he rarely whiffs in-zone and is posting chase and whiff numbers in the 20% range. There’s average power, with a 110 mph max EV, and he’s doing damage in the air. The issue here is vs. change-ups, where he’s whiffing at a 58% clip with a .206 wOBA.
